A | 62452 | 162 | Analyze/Interpret Data | Provide RealTime predictions | This task estimates in real time the “percent of run to date” and the “date to specified percentiles” during the spring and summer smolt outmigration periods for 46 salmonid stocks, ESUs, and composite groups. Results are posted daily on the DART website, http://www.cbr.washington.edu/crisprt/. The task ends with an end-of-year evaluation of the accuracy of the run-timing predictions. | $87,456 | 22.09% | 01/01/2010 | 11/30/2010 |
B | 62453 | 162 | Analyze/Interpret Data | Analyze and Integrate performance measures | The BiOp, Remand, and RM&E working groups have identified a myriad of performance measures to be evaluated during check-ins and recovery assessments. This task will continue the development and update of an integrated performance database to allow fish managers, independent investigators, the BPA, and the public to evaluate for themselves the status and trends of performance measures leading to recovery decisions. This will include updating ROSTER analyses as needed. New databases will be added as directed by BPA needs. The interactive software on the internet will allows users to review information sorted by stock, location, province, subbasin, performance measures, or any combination thereof. The site also assists users in summarizing the information based on their own unique priories for recovery. Geographical-based searches of the monitoring and evaluation data will continue to be enhanced. In 2008, another FCRPS BiOp was issued and agreement on a separate Fish Accords was negotiated. A Reasonable and Prudent Alternative Table of Actions (RPA) was submitted in the Appendix, and requires implementation plans submitted to NOAA Fisheries in December 2009, 2013, and 2016. Annual Progress Reports will be required, with Comprehensive RPA Evaluations required in June 2013 and June 2016. There are currently discussions in BPA and NOAA regarding performance measures. This project will implement any changes to performance measurements resulting from the discussions of the new BiOp, Annual Progress Reports, and Comprehensive RPA Evaluations. We work on an ongoing basis to improve the usefulness and accessibility of the data through the internet. | $260,853 | 65.88% | 01/01/2010 | 12/31/2010 |
C | 62454 | 162 | Analyze/Interpret Data | Provide independent analytical capabilities | To help fulfill the BPA's annual reporting responsibilities and management responsibilities for power production and resource protection, this task provides the BPA with analytical capabilities to peer review reports, independently analyze data, and respond to quantitative technical issues. These statistical services are provided to BPA on an "as needed" basis as resource issues arise requiring analysis. This effort also provides the BPA with the ability to peer review study plans and technical reports. | $30,932 | 7.81% | 01/01/2010 | 12/31/2010 |
D | 62456 | 132 | Produce Progress (Annual) Report | Submit annual report to BPA | An annual report will be produced to describe project accomplishments during the previous year in a non-technical manner. Description of software created and statistical analyses performed will be provided. The annual report will include a summary of technology transfer efforts and outreach to the fisheries community through statistical consulting. | $3,359 | 0.85% | 01/04/2010 | 05/07/2010 |
E | 62455 | 119 | Manage and Administer Projects | Project management | Management of personnel, financial reporting, budget planning, property inventory, and development of SOW. | $3,997 | 1.01% | 01/01/2010 | 12/31/2010 |
F | 62451 | 185 | Produce CBFish Status Report | Periodic Status Reports for BPA | The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR. | $9,357 | 2.36% | 04/01/2010 | 12/31/2010 |
