Funds are budgeting constructs that represent the F&W Program's commitments to allocate its budget to a particular agreement, objective, or initiative. Funds often span fiscal years and have both expense and capital account types. Funds give program managers the ability to steer the budget based on priorities and focus areas.

BPA tracks all F&W funds and budget decisions thoroughly at the program and project levels, and uses contractual invoicing data to assess budget utilization against funding agreements.
