The scope of work and budget presented in this document describe the activities associated with the Coeur d'Alene Tribe's resident fish enhancement project for the Coeur d'Alene Subbasin corresponding to the contract period June 1, 2006 to May 31, 2007.  The objectives, tasks, deliverables and budget format found in previous submittals for this project have been converted to reflect the work element, milestone and budgeting format consistent with BPA's Process Improvement Initiative.

The Work Elements for this project fall under the following general Objectives:

The total work element budget being submitted with this scope of work is $1,255,613 and is consistent with NPPC funding recommendations.  This contract request includes two work elements (WE AD and WE AE) and a total of $58,079, which are tied to Put and Take Fisheries as approved by the NPCC at the March 14, 2006 Fish Committee meeting as a 2006 within-year budget request.
