The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon (CTWSRO) will operate an adult holding, spawning, egg incubation, and acclimation facility near Parkdale, Oregon.  This facility will be used to implement the hatchery production for the Hood River Production Program (HRPP).  This will include the propagation of summer and winter steelhead and spring Chinook salmon.  The hatchery manager will oversee all phases of the Parkdale Fish Facility, including operation and maintenance, personnel, and coordination with tribal and non-tribal staff associated with the HRPP.  Summer/winter steelhead and spring Chinook salmon smolt acclimation and release into East and West Forks of Hood River will be implemented under this project.
