Contract Description:
KWEP will utilize sUAS technology to monitor past projects (i.e. document post-project change via photos and videos - such as floodplain reconnection - visually demonstrate area inundated under spring flows) and collect pre-project data (i.e. document pre-project conditions - via photos and videos, and utilization of structure from motion techniques to generate Digital Elevation Model).   The sUAS will be operated by a FAA certified remote pilot (Part 107) and logs of each flight recorded.  Flights will take place within the Klickitat Watershed primarily within the Closed Area of the Yakama Nation Reservation.
