Contract Description:
This contract provides Bonneville Power Administration with technical and policy support for implementation of the Columbia Estuary Ecosystem Restoration Program (CEERP) and other Fish & Wildlife Program needs. Activities include:
1) Provide independent program implementation support using forecasting tools, knowledge, and lessons learned from previous implemented projects (e.g., implementation/program management tools, preliminary site and landscape evaluations, 2022 BiOp requirements, and project performance);
2) Assist implementation partners in the development of actions and inform estuary restoration reconnaissance/feasibility activities in all phases of projects - identification, reconnaissance, feasibility, design and construction;
3) Support the Expert Regional Technical Group by informing policy and applying GIS tools to help characterize project site and landscape benefits;
4) Update, maintain, and apply key data sets (cbfish, LPF, IF, LP2) for on-going and continued use in CEERP implementation; and,
5) Complete two (2) Digital Elevation Models (historical and contemporary) for use by CEERP and BPA.
