Contract Description:
For the 2016 contracting period, the site development project, as part of the larger coho reintroduction project will be responsible for developing acclimation sites in the major release tributaries in the Methow and Wenatchee basins.  Current components remaining that would fall under this contract would include final site designs & associated permitting (county, USACE, NPDES, USFS special use permits, etc).  Outside of the majority of this work occurring for proposed acclimation sites, the permitting process and associated evaluations will be also occurring at the Natapoc FH site to include water withdrawal analyses and final stages of a discharge permit and securing both ground and surface water rights.

1.  Water Rights Processing through WSDOE and GeoEngineers, Inc.- As a selected contractor from WSDOE list of contractors, GeoEngineers, Inc. is able to work with Ecology to produce and review ROEs and finalized for public comment and ultimately, water right being secure.
2.  Subcontracted work will include final design at Early Winters 3 along with site permitting support in preparation for 2016 and 2017 construction at several locations in both the Methow and Wenatchee basins.  Surveying will need to occur at Trinity as well and part of the engineering bid.
3.  Dredging/sediment removal will be needed for Rohlfing's Pond in summer/fall of 2016.  Permitting aspect of that project will be covered in this SOW and operational expense will be covered in O&M / M&E operations (CR-293127)  
4.  Permit support (geotechnical) for well drilling evaluations for Tall Timber 2, Two Rivers and Trinity.
5.  Engineering and construction management of Merry Canyon in summer of 2016 (construction covered under CR-293128.


Will likely be in the final stages of amended BiOps for both USFWS and NMFS and would expect project coverage before spring of 2016.
