Title:
K: 162 - Analysis of tissue samples from larval lamprey
Description:
Tissue samples of larval lamprey collected in 2024 and tissue samples from adults collected and genotyped since 2011 will be genotyped by CRITFC genetics at Hagerman Lab.

Results from larval lamprey will be compared with adult genotypes to determine parentage. Age of larval lamprey outmigrating will be estimated from the year the adult ascended the Willamette River and its tributaries.
WE Agreement Type:
Contracted
Deliverable Specification:
Collect larval lamprey samples to be analyzed by CRITFC at Hagerman Lab to determine the fate of lamprey that do or do not succeed in ascending Willamette Falls.
