Description: Terraqua will collect macroinvertebrate samples at up to forty-seven (47) sites in the Entiat and ten (10) sites in the Wenatchee subbasins (see Tasks 6.7 and 6.9 for details regarding these sites). Also during this time, Washington Department of Ecology will be collecting samples in the Wenatchee subbasins at 50 sites.

Description: Rhithron will provide identification of macroinvertebrates to the lowest practical levels consistent with RIVPACS protocol, including midges and worms to genus or species using a 500-organism random subsample. Rhithron will deliver standardized metric calculations and will archive the identified fraction of the sample for one year.
E | DELIV | Macroinvertebrate Analysis | 4/30/2008 | Concluded | Michael Ward (Inactive) | 6/17/2007 12:42:37 PM
Description: Per RIVPACS protocol (Hawkins et al. 2001), provide standardized metric calculations of Macroinvertebrates from up to 107 sites (50 in the Wenatchee collected by WDOE, 47 in the Entiat collected by Terraqua, and 10 in the Wenatchee collected by Terraqua). Quality controlled raw data and quality controlled summarized macroinvertebrate data with GPS locations, will be entered and stored in Microsoft Access databases known at Automated Template Modules (ATMs) that will be provided by NOAA Fisheries by May 30, 2008. Data will be uploaded by June 30, 2008 to NOAA Fisheries using the ATM and notice will be provided to BPA and Terraqua, Inc. when the data has been uploaded. The contractor will be responsible for all quality assurance/quality control steps necessary to ensure that data is properly collected and entered into the ATM. Reference: Hawkins, C., J.
