Deliverable Specification:
Quality controlled raw data and quality controlled, georeferenced, summarized water quality (temperature, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, pH, conductivity) and nutrient data, including GPS locations, will be entered and stored in Microsoft Access databases known at Automated Template Modules (ATMs) that will be provided by NOAA Fisheries. Data will be uploaded by February 2010 to the Upper Columbia Data Steward using the ATM and notice will be provided to BPA and Terraqua, Inc. when the data has been uploaded. The contractor will be responsible for all quality assurance/quality control steps necessary to ensure that data is properly collected and entered into the ATM.
