Title:
E: 160 - Scripts to run River Bathymetry Tool (RBT)
Description:
Site-level metrics will be generated from all data submitted to the CHaMP website. The CHaMP Data System will receive field datasets from project collaborators, prepare data for the River Bathymetry Tool (RBT), run RBT for batches of sites, and store metrics derived by RBT. Upon receiving field datasets, the data system will prepare data for analysis by RBT and store the output metrics derived by RBT. This work element will develop database structure to store derived metrics, procedures to generate site-level metrics from auxiliary data, batch processing scripts to calling RBT, and will support testing and debugging.
WE Agreement Type:
Contracted
Deliverable Specification:
- Database and file structure to store derived site-level metrics
- Scripts to summarize auxiliary field data
- Scripts to call RBT through an advanced programming interface (API) and point RBT to the appropriate digital elevation model and summary metrics for auxiliary data

A Integration design, workflow procedures, and wireframes for RBT interaction 5/15/2011 8/30/2011 Concluded Sharon Grant (Inactive) 5/27/2011 9:03:04 AM
Description: The integration design will specify how the CHaMP data system will call RBT and format of all data that must be sent to RBT. The workflow procedures will define required tasks, define which system is responsible for each task, order of tasks, and inputs, outputs, and constraints for each task. The wireframe diagrams will define the specifics of form layout, interaction design, and logic constraints for web forms. These specifications direct the work of the technical architect and application engineers. These specifications will be produced by the EDS business analyst and Sitka engagement manager.
