Title:
K: 162 - Data Analysis for experiments #5 (Continuing) and #6 (New)
Description:
The purpose of this WE (162) is to analyze data from growth modulation experiment #5 (WE 'H' - Post maturation physiology study) and #6 (WE 'J' - Photoperiod/Ration study of URB Fall Chinook salmon).

1. For experiment #5 data for length, weight, growth rate, gender and physiological parameters will be analyzed by ANOVA using R statistical software and plotted graphically for reporting

2. For experiment #6 data for length, weight, growth rate will be analyzed by ANOVA for adjusting rations and compiling and graphic interpretation of data throughout the contract period.
WE Agreement Type:
Contracted
Deliverable Specification:
Experiment #5 and #6.

1. Database management of all growth and life-history data
2. Statistical analysis of all data
3. Graphics preparation of all data
4. Analysis and interpretation of data to adjust rations for growth studies and interpret physiological development.
