Description:
In addition to the coordination of the design work described above, the PI will also have the primary responsibility for coordinating any data collection efforts necessary to support the development of RME project design(s). Data collection during Phase I, that that precedes the implementation of the RME project design, will be of two basic types: preliminary data collection necessary to scope program design issues, and critical ongoing baseline data collection. The PI will identify the possibilities and needs for data collection during Phase I, and will work with the TOC and coordinator(s) to develop statements-of-work and budgets for implementation contracts with relevant individuals and agencies.
