Comments: Bonneville and Sponsor to take the review remarks into consideration in project documentation. This project supports hatchery mitigation authorized under the Northwest Power Act (Council’s Fish and Wildlife Program) for the Levi George Spring Chinook Hatchery and reconditioned steelhead kelt program at Prosser Hatchery. See Policy Issue I.b., II.a. and II.b.
