Comments: Bonneville and Sponsor to take the review remarks into consideration in project documentation. Project to work towards smart close-out. Bonneville and Sponsor to confirm project timeline. The Council's 2018 Research Progress Review decision recommended this project to close in 2021 and any savings greater than $50,000 be directed to the Costs Savings pool to support the Program’s emerging priorities. The Council requests that Bonneville fund the production of a synthesis report
of RRS projects for Council and ISRP review by January 2023. See Policy Issue I.b.
