Comments: Implement with conditions through FY 2012 per April 14, 2010 Council decision. In addition, sponsor to address ISRP qualifications (ISRP 2010-44B) by assisting in the development of a synthesis report for ISRP review as described in programmatic issue #8. Implementation beyond FY 2012 based on ISRP and Council reviews of these follow-up actions.

Council Condition #2 The Council decision by the Council on April 14, 2009 - Based on the ISRP review (ISRP document 2009-9) the Council supports this project for implementation. This recommendation is conditioned on the understanding that the activities associated with the adult Pacific lamprey translocation program (objective 7) and the development of supplementation / artificial propagation (objective 8) are dependent on a future review by the ISRP and Council.
