Recommendation: Implement with Conditions
Comments: Managers of #1991-019-01 and #1990-019-03 to jointly respond to ISRP conditions by March 31, 2021. Managers should also discuss, where pertinent, the conditions placed on USFWS (#1991-019-04) as they may relate to their projects. Council supports additional funding for CSKT (#1991-019-01) to address O&M costs incurred on lands acquired under project #2002-003-00 while manager and Bonneville work out long-term stewardship funding agreement.
