Partners will be provided with a minimum of two weeks to review written documents. Partner comments, questions, and suggested revisions will either be incorporated into the documents, or declined with a written justification that is approved by a consensus or a majority vote of the team.
Meeting notes, which include decisions and action items, will be sent to all of the partners for review within three weeks after each meeting.
