Contract Description:
CCR-498811 - Extends contract to allow for additional time for agreement renewal development due to vacant project manager position. Design funding will also be extended for the East Fork Design and Neal Creek Phase 3 to allow these projects to remain on track. In addition, the line-item budget has been updated for the EFID irrigation efficiency work.

FISCAL YEAR 2023 OBJECTIVES:

OBJECTIVE 1. Provide coordination of all activities, administrative oversight, project planning and implementation activities.

OBJECTIVE 2. Coordinate and implement Hood River Watershed Action Plan.

OBJECTIVE 3. Inspect previously implemented LWD projects to determine if project goals have been met.

OBJECTIVE 4. Measure instream flow within the East Fork Irrigation District (EFID) by-pass as per the Memorandum of Agreement with the East Fork Irrigation District.

OBJECTIVE 5:  Assist the EFID with identification of water conservation projects in the Hood River basin.

OBJECTIVE 6. Assist Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) and Hood River Watershed Group (HRWG) with the Tony Creek Diversion upgrade through cost share for Cultural Resources and construction oversight.

OBJECTIVE 7. Partner with HRWG to implement the Tony Creek Diversion upgrade through cost share.

OBJECTIVE 8. Identify and develop stream restoration projects in the Hood River watershed.

OBJECTIVE 9. Partner with the HRSWCD and HRWG to design East Fork Hood River habitat enhancement Phase 2.

OBJECTIVE 10. Partner with the HRSWCD and HRWG to finish design (30% design under previous contract 86222) and then implement Neal Creek Habitat Improvement Project Phase 2.

OBJECTIVE 11. Partner with the HRSWCD and HRWG to design Neal Creek Habitat Improvement Project Phase 3.

OBJECTIVE 12: Assist the East Fork Irrigation District with the Oanna/Yasuri Sub-Lateral Piping project by cost sharing for implementation.

OBJECTIVE 13. Assist the East Fork Irrigation District with the SCADA upgrade project by cost sharing for implementation.

OBJECTIVE 14. Assist the East Fork Irrigation District with the Sand Trap Modification project by cost sharing for implementation.
