Contract Description:
This contract provides matching funds to two efforts restoring fish passage in Mill Creek:

Funds will support continuing design work to correct a fish passage barrier at Gose St caused by the 2020 flood. A SRFB-funded alternatives assessment will result in conceptual designs at the conceptual level in mid-2023. This project will advance the conceptual plans to a preliminary level or higher, leading to construction in 2024 or 2025.
