Deliverable Specification:
Work with BPA environmental staff to assure project complies with all necessary NEPA and associated environmental issues. Project personnel will answer all questions regarding project work in order for BPA personnel to complete the environmental compliance they are required to do regarding this program. The project has also obtained WDFW Hydraulic Project Approval permits, Ferry County Shorelines permit, and the DOE water rights permits to allow pumps to be put into the river/reservoir, take water from the river/reservoir and perform maintenance on the pumps and lines.
