Description:
The Contractor will complete all environmental compliance requirements. The EP will work with BPA COTR and compliance officer to determine the best course of action per subcontracts. Efforts will be aligned with other participating agencies to avoid doubling efforts. The COTR and compliance officer will be updated with documentation and status as reported from subcontract sponsors.
