D: 159 - Compile metadata necessary (as possible) to generate abundance and density metrics.
Description:
This task would accomplish two goals:
1. Transfer all remaining data to StreamNet in DES format.
2. To the extent possible, utilize ISEMP reports to document metadata necessary to generate estimated metrics from the raw data.
3. Ensure location/site data is correct.
