A Analyze results of biodepostion experiment 9/1/2005 9/15/2005 Active
Description: From the data collected from the "isolation experiment" differences in mean values between mussel, sediment and control will be statistically assessed using one-way analysis of variance. A posteriori comparisons between treatments will be made with Tukey's test. The statistical significance of differences in means of macroinvertebrate biomass and abundance between treatments will be evaluated using the Monte Carlo bootstrap resampling method (Manly 1997).
