D: 114 - Facilitate the annual selection of FY25 Habitat Technical Team (HTT) projects
Description:
Coordinate with BPA COR on the restoration project solicitation for Habitat Technical Team (HTT) funding. Sponsor will create solicitation and application materials. Coordinate solicitation timeline, application revisions, etc. with technical reviewers and funders. Manage distribution of solicitation announcement and applications. Work with applicants on questions during proposal development. Schedule and facilitate Technical Review Team (TRT) review, project feedback and ranking of projects. Manage application submission and distribution of all pre-proposal and full proposal materials to technical reviewers and funders. Communicate with project applicants, technical reviewers, and funders throughout the review and selection process on project review, project modifications, etc. Assist with facilitation of HTT review and discussion of projects for consideration of BPA funding approval. Provide updates on the process at HTT meetings.

Deliverable Specification:
Provide a list of prioritized habitat projects (including acquisitions) you are likely to implement in the next 2-3 years. Priority projects are those evaluated and selected on the basis of criteria derived from a conceptual strategy, restoration framework or implementation work plan. A project list template is available from your COR. You may use an alternative reporting template providing it conveys the required detail.
