Upland and Riparian NEPA Checklist submitted to BPA earlier in 2005. Will work with Environmental Specialist to ensure NEPA coverage is secured. Potential permits may include local, state, federal and tribal permits, including permits such as Jarpa, NEPA, SEPA, EPA, DOE, US Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA Fisheries. Specific permits required are dependent on each specific project and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
