A | Create Database | 3/1/2008 | 2/28/2009 | Concluded | Deborah Docherty (Inactive) | 1/13/2009 7:25:38 AM
Description: The radiotelemetry database will be developed to house downloaded data from fixed site receivers and mobile tracking data. The database will be designed to provide site names and locations (provided by CTUIR biologists) and link them with chronologies of individual fish movements (based on tagging data provided by CTUIR biologists).
B | Input Data | 3/1/2008 | 2/28/2009 | Concluded | Deborah Docherty (Inactive) | 1/13/2009 7:25:38 AM
Description: Data from fixed-site receivers, tagging records, and mobile tracking will be electronically transmitted to the ORACLE database by CTUIR biologists for upload and pre-processing.
C | Maintain Data | 3/1/2008 | 2/28/2009 | Concluded | Deborah Docherty (Inactive) | 1/13/2009 7:25:38 AM
Description: The data base will be queried periodically to retrieve data and compile tracking histories for each tagged fish. In addition, pre-processing to remove noise and add mobile tracking records will be conducted on an ongoing basis, as raw data are provided by CTUIR biologists.
D | DELIV | Create/Manage/Maintain lamprey database | 2/28/2009 | Concluded | Deborah Docherty (Inactive) | 1/13/2009 7:25:38 AM
Description: The deliverable for this work element is the development and maintenance of a radiotelemetry database for lamprey radio-tagged and released in the Umatilla River. The data will be housed in a password-protected ORACLE database that can be queried periodically to update locations for individual fish and provide summaries of fish movements at the end of the field season. Data sharing will be provided to CTUIR biologists via FTP transmission for both data uploads and report downloads. |
