H: 149 - LHC-08A/8B Consolidation
Description:
Consolidate the Hayden Creek-08A and -08B ditches and install a pipeline for water conservation. The LHC-08A ditch will be placed in pipe, bifurcation structures will divide the water into separate ditches, a pressure pipe will be installed on the line feeding the LHC-08B ditch. Riprap will be placed upon the outfall of the pressure pipe. The project will include the removal of the LHC-08B fish screen for refurbishing and deployment elsewhere. Over 90% of the total cost of the project will be borne by the irrigator.

Pipeline will meet NRCS standards and specifications. Materials include 180 lineal feet of 12 " diameter 80 psi PIP pipe, one alfalfa control valve, two steel bifurcation structures with 12" PIP to steel adapters, with riprap on pipe outfall. LHC-08B fish screen to be removed and restored for future deployment elsewhere.
