Description:
Manage on-the-ground efforts, and manage subcontractors (BioAnalysts, Inc.) associated with the project. Also covers administrative work in support of on-the-ground efforts and in support of BPA's programmatic requirements such as metric reporting, financial reporting (e.g., accruals), and development of an SOW package (includes draft SOW, budget, spending plan, and property inventory).

Deliverable Specification:
Submit Subcontractor agreement between Terraqua and BioAnalysts to BPA Contracting Officer within 10 days of putting the agreement into place.

No later than September 15, 2005 (or other date as determined by BPA), submit Year-end accrual estimates.

No later than 90 days before expiration of the contract, submit a new SOW (via Pisces), budget, spending plan, etc. for the FY06 budget year (provided the work contained within this SOW is continued beyond the first year).

After October 1, 2005 and no later than December 31, 2005 submit project metrics / accomplishments to BPA per instructions to be delivered on or after October 1, 2005.
