Title:
D: 159 - Manage PIT Tag Files
Description:
Upload all juvenile Chinook salmon PIT tag release files to PTAGIS throughout the field season within 3 days of tagging. Retrieve interrogated PIT-tag detections from Lower Granite, Little Goose, Lower Monumental and McNary dams to estimate minimum survival estimates to Lower Granite Dam and lower dams if possible.
WE Agreement Type:
Contracted
Deliverable Specification:
Juvenile summer Chinook salmon datasets (i.e. parr, pre-smolt, and smolt survival and abundance) will be generated using the P3 computer program. The P3 program is a relational database that employs Access to house the core of all data. PIT tag data will be uploaded (submitted) from field operations (JC screw trap operations) and downloaded (acquired) from PITTAGIS for detections made at LGR and other downriver impoundments.
