The "Transfer History" portfolio view shows each budget transfer made to or from all projects in this portfolio. Every budget transfer is made in the context of a Review; once the Review is decided the transfer changes from a "Pending" to a "Decided" transfer." This is one of many "Portfolio Views" you can use to better understand your portfolio. Use the filter text boxes at the top of the columns to narrow the list of projects, click into a single project, download the contents of this view into an Excel file, or browse to another portfolio view.
