Guidance from the wildlife managers and Council should guide wildlife and terrestrial related work needed for Program evaluation and reporting needs related to HEP, CHAP, subbasin and provincial assessments, and wildlife HLIs. The sponsor will work with Bonneville to incorporate all HEP data into the NWHI database by end of FY2013 (also see project-specific recommendation for NHI in Part 3-3b). Furthermore, if the PERC moves forward, it would be expected that the council recommendations based on the guidance from this committee would be incorporated in this work.0
