Deliverable Status:
Optional
Default Deliverable Desc:
Documentation
Potential Deliverables:

  • Rule 1 : Coordination in support of ESA or NEPA, or other environmental compliance work should not be included in the Coordination work element. Instead, it should be split out as a separate work element, 165. Produce Environmental Compliance Documentation.

    Example:

    WE: 118. Coordination (Expired)
    WE Title: CREP Projects
WE Description: Coordinate with landowners to develop CREP projects.

WE: 165. Produce Environmental Compliance Documentation
    WE Title: CREP Projects
WE Description: Coordinate with BPA staff and landowners to obtain environmental compliance for upcoming CREP projects.

  • Rule 2 : If the coordination covers a wide geographic range or multiple locations, you may still lump it under a single work element. However, you may wish to break the work into separate work elements if it provides clarity or better supports project management.

    Examples:

    Option 1 (lumping):

    WE: 118. Coordination (Expired)
    WE Title: CREP Projects
WE Description: Coordinate with landowners to develop CREP projects on Welch Creek and the McCloud River.
