Consulting will maintain FSOC web pages to provide access to fish and wildlife managers, BPA staff, NPCC staff, and the public regarding meeting agendas, action notes, and reference documents to support FSOC. Maintain servers/hardware that run FSOC website and house historical databases. QW will collaborate with BPA and NPCC to maintain accessibility of these data. QW will make data available and searchable on designated website. QW will maintain servers/hardware that run FSOC website and house historical/legacy information.

Deliverable Specification:
Consulting will facilitate/coordinate the FSOC’s quarterly meetings, as annual training sessions. When needed, sub-committees will be formed to conduct specific technical reviews.

Consulting will prepare the agendas and arrange meeting logistics, facilitate meetings, provide meeting notes, develop and maintain the FSOC website, manage the annual workshop/training session (includes coordinating and processing attendees registration), and help develop products as requested by committee participants.
