Potential Deliverables:

  • Rule 1 (Metrics): Coordination in support of other project work (e.g., installing fences, collecting data, writing reports) should be captured under the relevant work element and work element budget so we can more accurately estimate costs of implementation work. Further, coordination work at a local level should be described using 191. Watershed Coordination.

    Example:

    WE: 123. Regional Coordination (Expired)
WE Title: Coordinate with and support data source agencies sending data to StreamNet
WE Description: Coordinate with state, tribal, and federal fish and wildlife agencies/departments to streamline data capture, determine agency data management needs, and work to improve their internal data management and data transfer to StreamNet.

    WE: 40. Install Fence
    WE Title: Johnson Property
WE Description: Coordinate with the landowner regarding start dates and vehicle access and then construct fence on Johnson property to exclude cows from priority reach.

    WE: 191. Watershed Coordination
WE Title: Coordinate with local stakeholders and other BPA contracts
WE Description: The Big River Basin hatchery program is co-managed by the state and tribe and requires coordination with dam operators. Several meetings are held throughout the year to coordinate trapping, spawning, timing of transfer of eggs and fish between hatcheries, activities related to M&E, etc.
