D: 122 - Provide independent analytical capabilities
Description:
To help fulfill the BPA's annual reporting and management responsibilities for power production and resource protection, this task provides the BPA with analytical capabilities to peer review reports, independently analyze data, and respond to quantitative technical issues. These statistical services are provided to BPA on an "as needed" basis as resource issues arise requiring analysis. This effort also provides the BPA with the ability to peer review study plans and technical reports.
