Contract Start Date:
10/1/2006
Contract End Date:

Title:
G: 162 - Estimate chum fry emergence from redds and describe characteristics
Description:
Estimate the number of chum salmon fry that emerge from each redd, calculate fry-egg ratio based on egg-deposition estimate, and describe timing and thermal conditions during incubation. Estimate trap efficiency.
WE Agreement Type:
Contracted
Deliverable Specification:
Estimates of chum salmon fry emergence timing and fry-egg ratio will be calculated for Hardy Creek and Hamilton Springs using number and date of fry captured in emergence traps, estimates egg-deposition estimate. These estimates will be related to thermal conditions during incubation These data will be summarized and compiled in electronic files, and presented in the annual report.
