I: 66 - Provide Transportation Assistance-Umatilla Basin
Description:
Provide safe adult and juvenile transportation assistance for other basin project efforts as needed. Participation in these other transport activities is documented in the project monthly and annual reports. Approximately 200 spring Chinook adults returning to the Umatilla River may be collected and held at the South Fork Walla Walla facility to be outplanted into the Walla Walla Basin in August. This work will be done in collaboration with the Umatilla Hatchery Satellite Facilities O&M project 1983-435-00. Reporting for this work will be done under the subject contract (project 1988-022-00). ODFW as part of this project assists with the collection and transportation as required.
