Description:
Facilitate the Fish Screen Oversight Committee's (FSOC) annual meetings, quarterly stakeholder phone conferences, and other special committee endeavors as identified (e.g. training, workshops, etc.). Meetings include the Fish Screen and Passage Workshop and the Pacific Northwest Fish Screening and Passage Training Session (alternate years, one meeting per year).

QW Consulting will maintain FSOC web pages to provide access to fish and wildlife managers, BPA staff, NPCC staff, and the public regarding meeting agendas, action notes, and reference documents to support FSOC. Maintain servers/hardware that run FSOC website and house historical databases. QW consulting will collaborate with BPA and NPCC to maintain accessibility of these data. QW consulting will make data available and searchable on designated website. QW consulting will maintain servers/hardware that run FSOC website and house historical/legacy information.

Description: Attend and assist in facilitating the annual meeting of the Fish Screen Oversight Committee. Activities include: Reserve a block of rooms at government rate and continuously monitor the room nights to ensure an adequate number of rooms are available for attendees Prepare and administer registration services and (e.g., prepare registration materials/forms, process registration materials, etc.) Serve as registration and accommodation liaison (i.e., QW staff will be identified as the point person for all workshop-related inquires that pertain to registration, accommodation, etc.) Provide announcements/promotions, updates, and other associated information via email blasts and website postings to the Workshop section of the FSOC website Working with the FSOC Chair and other interested parties, develop the program, create and prepare the printed program and support materials which includes acting as the liaison with the company that will be providing the printing services Manage the submission of PowerPoint presentations, post to the FSOC website, and provide IT services during workshop Facilitate and support daily events during the workshop (i.e., on-site registration, meeting logistics, breaks, socials, site visit, communication with hotel staff, etc.) Perform final accounting and billing
