Description:
All sites will be inspected by a Reclamation engineer and the Yakima Field Office Fish Passage & Screening supervisor on a six year rotating basis. This is to identify tasks that need to be completed to keep the screens operating within criteria and for facility safety. For example, facilities structural and mechanical components are inspected for wear and serviceability, paint and coatings are inspected for integrity.

Annual reports of inspections of Phase II sites by qualified engineers, O&M staff, and others to identify structural, mechanical, or electrical deficiencies. These examination reports will be uploaded to CBFish. This report will assist in defining tasks and information that is discussed during the Annual Work Plan meetings.

Description: Perform site inspections with O&M supervisor and Regional Office Engineer, and others as necessary, to review operations and maintenance of site and develop list of recommendations for improvements. All Phase II sites will be visited on a rotating bases at least once per six years or as needed if issues arise in the interim.
