Contract End Date:
11/30/2010
Title:
E: 162 - ISEMP John Day subbasin data analysis
Description:
Eco Logical Research, Inc.(ELR) will analyze the John Day and other ISEMP subbasin' s field and laboratory data collected by the project's cooperators. Data will be obtained from the ISEMP's status and monitoring database once data is input and past all QA/QC procedures. Data obtained from ISEMP's status and monitoring database will be synthesized and used to develop empirical and simulation models to assess limiting factors and fish habitat analyses. ELR will also analyze collected data to evaluate current field protocols and procedures to evaluate protocol efficiencies and data collection biases as required by ISEMP monitoring plans. Data obtained from cooperators and additional contractors will be used to generate habitat quality and quantity and associate this with anadromous survival and population growth.
WE Agreement Type:
Contracted
Deliverable Specification:
Data obtained from ISEMP's status and monitoring database will be synthesized and used to develop empirical and simulation models to assess limiting factors and fish habitat analyses. Additional analysis to ensure field and analytical protocols are efficient will also be completed. All results will be reported in the annual project report.

4 Milestones
Sort Type Title Start End Status Modified By Modified Date
A Download data from ISEMP status and assessment monitoring database 9/1/2010 11/30/2010 Concluded Nick Bouwes (Inactive) 10/7/2009 10:20:35 AM
Description: Obtain data that has been uploaded to the ISEMP status and assessment monitoring database. For the first year of the contract, this data will probably be available in complete form by end of contract year. Data will include fish and habitat data required to empirical models to describe fish performance.
B Synthesize fish and habitat data 9/1/2010 11/30/2010 Concluded Nick Bouwes (Inactive) 10/7/2009 10:23:25 AM
Description: Of the available fish and habitat data, perform analyses required to produce fish population and habitat quality and quantity metrics. Because of the contract end date being close to the end of some sampling activities, this milestone will continue into the next contract year. Of the data available, summary metrics of the existing and available metrics will be produced.
C Perform additional analysis as needed 9/1/2010 11/30/2010 Concluded Nick Bouwes (Inactive) 10/7/2009 10:20:35 AM
Description: When available, perform analyses on procedures (e.g. fish mark-recapture models) that are identified by the ISEMP subbasin technical working group or other collaborators to determine the most efficient methods and procedures.
D DELIV ISEMP John Day subbasin data analysis 11/30/2010 Concluded Nick Bouwes (Inactive) 10/7/2009 10:20:36 AM
Description: Data obtained from ISEMP's status and monitoring database will be synthesized and used to develop empirical and simulation models to assess limiting factors and fish habitat analyses. Additional analysis to ensure field and analytical protocols are efficient will also be completed. All results will be reported in the annual project report.
