Title:
H: 174 - 9.5 Protocol Development
Description:
Terraqua has been developing working scientific protocols for the ISEMP program since FY05, for habitat, and in FY07 for several other ISEMP survey techniques. These protocols were developed as working documents and were intended to be updated as needed. In FY10, most of the protocols are in a stable form and little change is expected in most protocols, with the possible exception of the redd survey protocol, which may need to be substantially revised. Also in FY10, budget constraints require that this task be moth-balled for at least one year. A small amount of effort (about 10 hours) is included in this release to insure that any issues regarding the existing protocols can be noted in the project tracking tool for subsequent inclusion when protocol development is refunded.
