Description:
Produce a report covering the previous 12 months efforts. Identifying proposed actions, accomplishments, and lessons learned. Additionally, for the previous 3 months, a similar format will be expected. The fourth 3-month report will be replaced by the Annual Report.

Deliverable Specification:
An annual report will be prepared as outlined in1-6 below:
1. Brief abstract (limit 600 words).
2. Introduction based on project purpose and rationale.
3. Concise description of project area.
4. Description of methods and materials used to perform tasks.
5. Summary of results (effectiveness of task completion; presentation of summarized field data in tabular or GIS format) and brief discussion of results by task.
6. If necessary, supplemental electronic copies of summarized field data in spreadsheet or GIS format."

Annual Report: The Contractor must submit a draft Annual Report due no later than 30 days after the end of the prior annual performance period. The report shall be submitted to the Principal Investigator, Chris Jordan, at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, as well as to the BPA Project Manager / COTR.
