Description: Explore new sources of governmental and private funding and protect existing sources of funding. Continue to develop fundraising strategies and proposals for private funding. The goal of this WE is to find as many potential funding sources for the tribes for their salmon recovery projects. CRITFC will be coordinating the 2013 Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund for the tribes for $1,600,00 and continue to encourage the tribes to supplement their ongoing BPA projects with these monies. Other potential funding sources that will be explored are the Pacific Salmon Commission Southern Fund, USFWS, EPA and private donors. |
