Description: The CHAMP Lead Coordinator will coordinate contributions from collaborators for a logistics/lessons learned CHaMP annual synthesis report. The Lead Coordinator will assemble a draft annual synthesis report and solicit feedback from collaborators at a post-season meeting to be held in November. ODFW will provide contributions to the CHaMP annual report that will include, but is not limited to, a summary of sites visited during the field season (location, date of visit, status of visit (completed, skipped, replaced), a description of any uncompleted deliverables, problems encountered, and lessons learned. ODFW will also review the final report and provide comments to the CHaMP Lead Coordinator. This task, specifically a post-season collaborators meeting that ODFW will attend and submission of final summary information, has dates outside the performance period of this contract and therefore will be completed in the next contract. |
