	A	165	Produce Environmental Compliance Documentation	Participate in BPA EC Permitting Process	CCFEG will assist the EC lead with this process to ensure the necessary level of the EC permitting is completed.
	B	191	Watershed Coordination	CCFEG will coordinate with stakeholders and BPA	CCFEG and BPA will develop a team to provide review and input on project development. CCFEG will work with BPA and WDFW to ensure there is agreement on the proposed biological benefit. Part of the coordination will include attending Wenatchee habitat sub-committee and Wenatchee watershed planning unit meetings up to two times to present project and provide updates.
	C	175	Produce Design	CCFEG & BPA Collaboratively Develop 80% designs	Take 30% design, though 80% design. Design will progress as commensurate with funding allocation. CCFEG Contract Manager and CCFEG's design consultants will cooperate, coordinate, collaborate, and maintain effective communication with BPA PM/COR, EC Lead, HIP Review Lead, and Hydraulic Engineer(s) during the entire length of this contract with regards to project design. CCFEG and its subcontractors will address BPA comments and concerns, and the two entities will arrive at a mutual beneficial consensus. CCFEG contract manager will upload all the subcontracts being executed under this contract. BPA Area Lead and engineers will assist CCFEG and WDFW developing project goals, objectives, and criteria. 	D	185	Produce CBFish Status Report	Periodic Status Reports for BPA	The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in Pisces. Reports shall be completed either monthly or quarterly as determined by the BPA COTR. Additionally, when indicating a deliverable milestone as COMPLETE, the contractor shall provide metrics and the final location (latitude and longitude) prior to submitting the report to the BPA COTR.
	E	132	Produce Progress (Annual) Report	(no report is required per COTR)	CCFEG will provide the Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board (UCSRB) sufficient information so they, UCSRB, can assemble a comprehensive annual report for all contracts under project #2010-001-00 including this contract. Report will then be submitted by the Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board (UCSRB) under contract 83892 and the subsequent administrative contract under this project 2010-001-00 to fulfill deliverable. UCSRB will submit and upload report under project 2010-001-00, Upper Columbia Programmatic Habitat in FFY20 and FFY21 under a subsequent contract. CCFEG will provide all necessary information to address the performance standards and provide metrics to BPA and/or UCSRB for reporting purposes. Date range 3-2020 to 2-2021 agreed upon by the COTR and the contractor. Date range 12-2020 to 2-2021 will be covered under the subsequent administrative contract. This is approved by the COTR.
	F	119	Manage and Administer Projects	Project Management and Administration	Covers work by CCFEG to manage this contract. This includes administrative work in support of BPA's programmatic requirements such as metric reporting, and financial reporting. Provide oversight of the project as needed. Respond to BPA as requested, providing financial, contractual, and administrative documents. CCFEG contract manager will upload all the subcontracts being executed under this contract.
