This work element covers the reporting of status of milestones and deliverables in each contract. These milestone status reports shall be concluded monthly, quarterly, or as negotiated between the contractor and COR. For any other type of status report required or produced for a contract, use 141. Produce Other Reports - except those specifically covered under other work elements (e.g., 132. Produce Progress (Annual) Report, or 183. Produce Journal Article).
WSE Description Template:
The Contractor shall report on the status of milestones and deliverables in CBFish. Reports shall be completed monthly, quarterly, or as negotiated with the BPA COR. In each report, when the work reaches a terminal status, additional data (actual metrics, updated budgets, final locations, etc.) may be required upon submitting the report to the BPA COR.

  • Rule 1 : List each type of report as a separate work element. In addition to Pisces status reporting, a contractor may also submit an annual report, and reports for environmental compliance documentation (these are separate work elements).

    WE Description: Prepare and submit status report to COTR via Pisces 7 days after the end of the month (if monthly) or 15 days after the end of the quarter (if quarterly).

    WE Title: Submit annual reports and take updates to NOAA & USFWS
    WE Description: NOAA & USFWS biological opinions for Road to Happiness obliteration project both require annual reports to be submitted in January. In addition, they require any incidental take to be reported immediately.

BPA's Environmental staff will update and maintain this information in CBFish in real time, so that you can check the status of environmental compliance on your project at any time.
