  • Rule 1 : List each type of report as a separate work element. In addition to a status report, a contractor may also submit an annual report, and reports for environmental compliance documentation (these are separate work elements).

    WE Description: NOAA & USFWS biological opinions for Road to Happiness obliteration project both require annual reports to be submitted in January. In addition, they require any incidental take to be reported immediately.
