The data Steward will provide first-tier customer support to monitoring and evaluation projects that are aligned with the ISEMP, the Upper Columbia Monitoring Strategy (Hillman 2006) and the Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. The Data Steward will be responsible for compiling and uploading data from ISEMP contractors to ATMs and submitting those data to the STEM databank in the ARS format, and coordinating data submissions from other cooperating agencies in the Upper Columbia to the STEM databank in the ARS format.
