Contract Description:

This phase of the project includes replacement of the existing culvert with a control headgate designed to operate throughout the year and provide fish passage through the diversion structure to the side channel. The rock dike will remain to protect a home immediately downstream of the intake structure.

In addition the Contract Change Request is to extend the contract so that the sponsor can complete the Habitat Improvement Program Biological Opinion Implementation Monitoring Report.
